Descripción del empleo BUTLER: MISSION At Mas de Torrent, we are selecting a Butler, who will be responsible for providing high-level service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. In addition to the typical butler responsibilities, this position also involves performing some porter tasks and driving a buggy to transport guests within the hotel grounds. RESPONSIBILITIES Their main responsibilities will include: Lobby and Reception attention in cleaning and checking Entrance and Terrace. Luggage management: Welcoming guests, assisting them with their luggage, and escorting them to their rooms, ensuring everything is in order and they are familiar with the facilities. Providing information about activities available at the hotel and in the surrounding area, making reservations, and coordinating additional services according to guests' preferences. Assistance with check-in and check-out: Carrying out the necessary procedures for guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Room service: Attending to guest requests regarding room service, ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, or other requested items. Requisitos WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Education: Secondary school. High level of English. Flexibility in schedule. Driver's license and own car. Ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication skills.
