TASKS:As part of an international Wind Turbine Control department you will contribute in a multidisciplinary team to the development of the turbine control and automation technology.New and further development of control technology functions in the area of operational control - of the wind turbine.Implementation of software functions according to the requirements on a programmable logic controller (PLC).Software architecture design for optimal execution of the control solution in a PLC, considering criteria like modularity and hardware abstraction layer.Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Qualification of new ideas.Coordination of new requirements with mechanical and electrical departments.Technical clarification of systems and software specifications.Analysis of field data and define optimised functionality.Defining tests and approval criteria's for HIL and field tests.PROFILE:Successfully completed technical master degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, telecommunications or comparable.Advanced knowledge in abstract thinking.Good knowledge in PLC Programming according to IEC61131.Knowledge in the use of Matlab/Simulink is nice to have.Experiences in the agile software development according SCRUM are preferable.Experience with version control systems like SVN or Git.Good knowledge of different industrial communication protocols (Profinet, CAN, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA...) is required.High results orientation and quality awareness.Initiative as well as responsibility, structured and sustainable way of working.Teamwork and communication skills.-English (very good written and spoken). Ideally skills in German or Spanish.-Independent, reliable, and systematic/structured way of working.
