Job Description:An opportunity for an Function Controller Tasks has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the Function Controller Tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES- Approve shopping carts, audit POs below approval thresholds (sampling approach), review commitments & accruals.- Trigger costs rebooking & costs transfer when needed.- Contributing substantially to managing the cost of the quality function in Spain - Support in gathering and providing data to enable educated decision making on management level and giving visibility about performance vs. targets.- You will help the highlight and analyze discrepancies and propose actions to optimize financial and operational performance.To do so, you will collaborate and challenge your business partners from all directorates.- Identify actionable drivers for optimization and competitiveness initiatives, monitor materialization of savings.SKILLS- Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent- A least 2 - 3 years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Financ- Excellent interpersonal skills- Proactive, flexible and eager to learn- Team Player- Good communication skills- Skilled with IT tools: MS office Suite and SAP FI- Fluent in EnglishWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
