P&C Technician (M/F/D)

TASKS: Monthly management of incidents to be included in the payroll of factory workers. Management of terminations, renewals, probationary period of workers by ETT. Operator assessment and follow-up with managers. Registration, termination, extensions... of workers in the system and documentation management. Writing and delivery of sanctions Preparation of incidences to be included in the settlements. Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, payroll queries... Assist with departmental reports and KPIs, PROFILE: Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management or similar. Will be valued: Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant training in labor relations. Profile that has already worked in industrial HR departments. At least 4 years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing companies performing similar tasks English level: minimum B2.
