DescriptionIRC224014 – PEOPLE MANAGEMENT At Eni, we are looking for a People Management within Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.In Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for reporting to the HR Director, the selected person will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all activities related to People Management and Administration.As a member of HR Department at Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.You will be responsible for:·Implementing HR policies and tools set by the Group Management.·Managing of Labor Relations and representation of the company before workers, official bodies, and social agents.·Supervising and managing all the administrative procedures of the area.·Recruitment and Selection. Needs Assessment·Internal conflict resolution.Work climate monitoring and job satisfaction. ·Personnel administration.Legal-administrative management in selection and hiring, payroll and social security.
