**Buscamos**:El trabajo de** Jefe/a** **de Pastelería **se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:- Los platos de pastelería se elaboran y presentan de acuerdo con las recetas establecidas.- Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).- Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.- Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.**Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen**: Crear nuevos menús de pastelería y postres para los diferentes restaurantes y eventos especiales. Realizar degustaciones y presentaciones. Gestionar y organizar el funcionamiento diario del equipo que forma la partida de pastelería, organizar y controlar los costes de los platos y controlar el inventario/stock disponible, elaboración de pedidos para pastelería. Daily kitchen operation is managed and organized, dishing costs and food storage is organized and controlled. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.**Requirements***The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:- Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.- Experience almost 2 year in 5 star hotels.- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.- Speak Spanish or English.
