Job Description: The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains and is responsible for developing strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand HBX's value proposition and tools to maximize revenue.
Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is crucial.
This role involves optimizing and managing hotel portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings.
The Account Manager ensures performance and financial targets are met or exceeded, focusing on profitability, differentiation, and long-term relationships.
We seek candidates based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.
