Advanced Field Service Engineer We have an opportunity for an Advanced Field Service Engineer to join us at Honeywell. We are looking for someone with proven knowledge and experience of supporting and maintaining ICT/OT systems, mainly Honeywell ExperionPKS and PCN systems to join our highly skilled team in supporting Trans Adriatic Pipeline customer, in the role of resident engineer. The ideal candidate needs to be based or willing to travel to the Algeciras area as frequent travel out of office is part of job requirement (customers' visits). Key requirements · Meet the Corporate, customer and legal obligations of Health, Safety and Environment (trainings, use of PPEs and safety observations) · Identifies and develop opportunities for business growth cooperating actively with sales to progress them having an active and influential role with the customer to develop the solution. · Installation/configuration/implementation & commissioning of Honeywell's product range including Industrial control & safety systems, 3rd party DCS Systems or SCADA products to meet customer specifications. performs systems modification and upgrades · Regularly performs preventive maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs · Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software. · Deliver promptly against service request, respecting agreed timing · Adopt and adhere to global standard in terms of tracking of actions (tools and timing) and promptly submit timesheets and billable work to ensure on time invoicing · Based on business requirements and resource planning by the company, dedicated application support will be given to selected customers Key skills and qualifications · Technical education (high school or degree) – electronic systems/industrial automation · Experience in maintenance of automation control system for sophisticated industrial environment · Knowledge of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation) · Understands project life cycle from requirements to delivery and of the cost structure of service agreements · Basic knowledge of project management skills: able to use project documentation · Networking, Cyber, Cisco or Windows certifications is a plus · English fluent (C1) · Use open two-way communication style both internally and externally with Honeywell customers. · Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work · Identify solutions to meet and go beyond customer needs · Genuine interest for technology, continuously upgrade/update his technical knowledge · Accurate and time-conscious · Self-motivated and self-disciplined Our offer · A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment · Market specific training and ongoing personal development. · Experienced leaders to support your professional development Equal opportunity statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
