WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING As an Agile Coach your missionwill be to educate and coach your Santander colleagues about the principles ofAgile and their adoption when dealing with Teams working in remote locations,where Enterprise staff and IT teams could be placed in different locationsacross the world. Coaching role is considering also the measure and nurturingof the maturity level for these remote Agile teams and their productivityaccording to best-standards of industry. We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts: Understanding the major challenges presented when RemoteAgile, with its backlog of lessons learnt. Creativity to make a value proposition that canimplement Remote Agile best-practices and lessons learnt into the SantanderOrganization. Identify and design the primary support structuresneeded to put in place for Remote Agile effective coaching to the teams,business units and portfolio levels of the Santander Organization. Design the coaching interactions that need to takeplace when implementing Remote Agile Define the selection criteria for Scrum Masters andEnterprise Coaches when dealing with Remote Agile as well as their requiredtools for supporting their activity. Define the internal certification programs that haveto be designed for developing Remote Agile capabilities through Santanderteams. Design tools to measure the maturity levels of RemoteAgile teams and their productivity. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE Required 3+ years working in Agile at a large Enterprise atsimilar position with specific references. Working in an international environment. EDUCATION Required Certified Scrum Master Program Consultant certification. Any specialization on subjects related to Technologyengineering. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Required User Stories, Gherkin syntax, TDD, BDD, ContinuousIntegration, Pair-Programming, Automated Testing, varied use of Retrospectivetechniques, etc. Scrum, XP and Kanban. Financial Services IT industry and context. Language skills - English and Spanish (fluid writtenand oral).
