What you´ll be doingYour day-to-day as an AI Engineer As an AI Engineer, you'll work closely with one of our squads and contribute to the core areas of our AI team, mainly:

Conversational Systems Development: You'll design, build, and optimize AI products, chatbots, and virtual assistants that improve user experience.
Integration of Third-Party AI APIs: You'll work with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini AI, etc., effectively integrating them into our solutions.
Implementation of RAG Systems (Retrieval Augmented Generation): You'll create systems that combine knowledge bases with generative models for accurate, contextual responses.
Development with Specialized Libraries: You'll use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, and our own internal frameworks to build robust, scalable AI solutions.
AI Backend Implementation: You'll be responsible for directly implementing your solutions, following good development practices in Python.
Model Evaluation and Testing: You'll implement evaluation methodologies to continually measure and improve model performance.
Cost and Performance Optimization: You'll constantly work on improving the quality, speed, and cost-efficiency of our AI systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic goals.3.
What we´re looking forWe need someone who... Has 2–4 years of experience building AI solutions in Python, especially in startups or tech companies.Has experience with product development and integrating AI systems—especially multi-agent systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.Has worked with software architecture patterns like hexagonal architecture and domain-driven design, and follows good coding practices.Has hands-on experience with conversational systems and chatbots using large language models (LLMs).Has worked with third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.
).It's very important that you... Understand and have implemented RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
Have experience using libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangFlow.
Follow good development practices: version control, documentation, unit testing, etc.You're perfect for us if you also have experience in... Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployment and DevOps practices.
Machine learning, predictive AI, and recommendation systems.
Cloud providers such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Azure, or Gemini Vertex.
Building APIs using frameworks like FastAPI (or similar).
Implementing methodologies for testing and evaluating AI models.4.
What's in it for you?Compensation The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.
The salary consists of:
