Role Description
This is a full-time role for a

Junior AI Developer:

Support the automation of internal processes to increase efficiency across the company.
·

Assist in building AI-driven tools and services for operational tasks and integrations.
·

Develop scripts and services using Python and Go to automate workflows and manage data.
·

Collaborate closely with the AI product team to free up senior developers for higher-impact initiatives.
·

Contribute to the implementation of machine learning models and operational AI tools.
·

Integrate third-party APIs and services into the company's ecosystem to streamline operations.
·

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
·

Continuously research and suggest improvements in task automation and internal AI use cases.
·

Help set up monitoring, testing, and validation processes for automation pipelines.
Who you are
·

Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
·

Solid programming skills in Python, with a good understanding of Go (or strong interest to deepen Go expertise).
·

Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and practical application in automation or data processing tasks.
·

Experience working with APIs, data manipulation libraries (like Pandas), and task automation frameworks.
·

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
·

Proactive, independent, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple small projects at once.
·

Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills applied to operational challenges.
·

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
·

Previous experience in startups, fast-paced environments, or side projects is a plus.
·

High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
