This team comprises analysts who embed into our regions as well as a data product team with more technical profiles who excel at developing data and analytics solutions for said commercial decision-making at scale. We are looking for a leader who sets our analytics enablement agenda based on business value and works with the team to unlock it. We seek an innovative Product Manager to shape an analytics enablement strategy. This role demands a unique blend of product management and analytics expertise to drive impactful data solutions at scale. What You Will Do: Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact analytics solutions that align with strategic business goals. Build consensus among stakeholders and rapidly validate product concepts. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment. Active Management of Product Lifecycle: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, from inception to phase-out. Establish clear product goals and KPIs. Oversee product launches, support, and maintenance, ensuring seamless delivery of business value. Proactively manage product portfolio health, including depreciation and sunsetting strategies. Foster Data-Driven Excellence: Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to establish robust product performance metrics. Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance user experience and drive product innovation. Promote a data-driven culture across the team and organization. Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of successful product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful data products that drive business growth. Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Experience working closely with business leaders to find opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
