Audit and Risk Digital Solutions LeadAs an independent assurance and advisory function within the Roche Group, GA&RA department assists the two core businesses, Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics, as well as group functions to manage their business risks and to improve the efficiency and compliance of their operations.GA&RA includes the functions Group Audit, Risk Advisory, Financial Compliance and Internal Investigation. As Audit and Risk Digital Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the GA&RA digital and analytics strategy, supporting all functions as enabler of the digital transformation.You will be helping the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.Location: BaselYour main responsibilities also include:Lead the definition and the implementation of the analytics Develop an analytics community and promote the digital strategy in GA&RA, including critical processes such as governance, management of the data analytics projects, budget and resource management, feedback collection, impact analysis and training.Drive utilization of analytics and digital solutions in GA&RA engagements, including hands-on support to the teams as needed and in special projects with integration of analytics within the GA&RA methodologies, practices and processes.Become an enabler of the integration of existing digital landscape in GA&RA and in the organisation.Collaborate with the main GA&RA analytics stakeholders and within Roche, including IT and other analytics initiatives to leverage existing internal solutions.Communicate inside & outside GA&RA (e.g. conferences) on our digital solutions.Keep informed on development in analytics and digital solutions (e.g. national and local symposiums, congresses and conferences) and share the information back within GA&RA.We are looking for the following qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Computer Science, or a related discipline.12+ years of previous experience in external / internal audit.Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience.Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in a complex environment, particularly using Agile methodologies.Consistent track record of excellent performance.Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Flexible to travel up to 60% of the time, especially in the first phase.Leadership skills and ability to manage teams from different cultures.Strong team player and excellent communication / influencing skills.
