For our office in Spain, we are looking for a highly motivated administrative manager to oversee our office daily operations in Barcelona, Spain. The Manager is responsible for office administration, finance control and is expected to efficiently manage new projects with agility and flexibility as they arise. The focus of the position is administration, not sales. New responsibilities and career possibilities will be added gradually, one of which is managing a branch of a large Russian metallurgical company in Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the family office daily operations in Barcelona;
- Conducting business activities;
- Preparing events;
- Resolving financial issues;
- Execution and supervision of all payments;
- Office account movements monitoring;
- Reporting to the head office;
- Proofreading and preparation of the documents including audit;
- Carrying out tasks of the shareholder;
- Other responsibilities will be added gradually.
Qualifications:
The position calls for a highly organized individual with well-developed administrative, communications, and organizational skills. The role requires self-direction combined with flexibility and a capacity to give and receive feedback graciously.
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Law;
- Understanding of Spanish accounting processes;
- 1-3 years in management/administrative department;
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish, English, and Russian (preferably as native language)
- Very high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving attitude, accuracy, assertiveness
- Strategic thinking and planning;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- European citizenship or a valid work permit in Spain is a must.
