Job descriptionAs a business analyst you'll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimising performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out.In this highly transverse role, you'll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group's growth dynamic.You'll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team :Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis; Effectively respondto ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads,product management and other departments; Proactively developreports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis; Track, analyse, andalert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback inorder to support business decision making; Requirements1+ years experience in a similar roleMobile VAS experience industry is a mustAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach; High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity; Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully; Good communication and organisational skills; Ability to work collaboratively with team members; Drive and motivation to exceed objectivesHighly organised and exceptional time managementBusiness level EnglishBenefitsPermanent contract (full-time)Work from office or REMOTELaptop, screens, and software tools (in the office and/or from home)A competitive compensation & benefits package based on vas experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
