Leica Geosystems, global leader in producing systems and solutions for surveying and geographical measurement, is currently recruiting a will play a fundamental role in achieving the organisation’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.As a key member of the team the primary responsibilities are to build the relationships with customers/prospects, generate interest, identify and qualify opportunities and provide highly qualified leads/appointments to the field sales teams.
Accountable for achieving sales targets and objectives as agreed
Source new sales opportunities through marketing inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and other channels.
Develop relationships and nurture suitable prospects/customers to provide a regular stream of highly qualified leads to the field based sales teams.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to include the level of activity, pipeline, new revenue business opportunities and lead generation activity
Build, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover monthly/quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM database
Understand customer needs and requirements and build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales team for further development and closure.
Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
The role will be based in Barcelona.

Proven 2+ years telemarketing/telesales experience
Ideally B2B experience in the technical markets such as Architectural, Civil Engineering and Construction work environment.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
Ability to establish excellent working rapport with field sales teams, marketing, other team members and customers.
Experience working with SFDC (or another CRM), LinkedIn
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Spanish and good command of English
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Ideally BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Experience in identifying tenders
