We are currently seeking a German /English/French-speaking Business Development Manager to join our International Sales team. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the International Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and growing new strategic accounts to meet revenue targets within the predefined territory and verticals.
This position requires business approach to understand client’s needs and objectives and position our company solutions. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of bringing new solutions to market, managing an international sales process and closing business.
Knowledge and experience in the language service industry is necessary for this position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Identifies and qualifies potential customers in the assigned territory
Ensures that the sales revenue goals are met by acquiring new clients within predefined geographic sales territory, strategic accounts and verticals.
Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business objectives and position our services to meet their objectives.
Identifies and develops and maintains account pipeline within territory.
Work with the International Sales Director to develop Sales strategies and identify marketing campaigns.
Participates in trade shows
Weekly reports to International Sales Director on achieved results
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in selling services in the language industry
Demonstrated history of success in meeting revenue goals.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM tool required
Ability to create presentations
Negotiation and advanced communication skills, self-motivated and capable of effective decision-making.
Ability to travel regionally and nationally.
Ability to work remotely in virtual home office.
