Purpose/Objective of the job

Give support to BUDs and the full integrated teams reporting to them, in order to assure the better as possible coordination between members into the team, sharing of the information from top to bottom, and the appropriate follow up of all the open issues.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
Management of budget /PO's/ Invoices/Blue folder and general administrative processes.
Manage strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management, develops relationships within the organization and learns the formal and informal organization structure to assist in goal achievement
Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing standard software applications as required by position/department.
Communicate with excellent verbal and written communications skills to avoid misundersanding. Excellent judgement and problem solving.
Handles confidential information with discretion and demonstrates diplomacy in dealing with difficult situations.
Demonstrates integrity.
Works with minimal supervision, good initiative and follow-up; focuses on details while understanding how work fits into the mission of the organization/Area.
Effectively works with peers, managers and/or external contacts.
Demonstrates a high degree of independence, requiring minimal supervision from management.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks to meet or exceed project deadlines and works in a very fast-paced changing environment. Works well under pressure.
Works on projects independently and/or as a member of a team. Effectively utilizes the contributions of other team members to complete projects.
Provides effective support to management through the development of organizational and/or administrative systems for efficient office management.

Key Requirements
Bachelors´ Degree
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
High English communication skills (written listened and spoken)

Organized

Knowledge of software such as MS Office, Concur, Blue Folder, SRM Purchasing.
