Business Unit Controller

KEY JOBSACCOUNTABILITIES
·Manage the processes associated with thePlan, Budget and Trendsin his/her areaof activity: assess the major objectives,analyze and arbitrate with members of the management committee, and report toSenior Management. Present and discuss with the zone budget and trendproposals.
·Business Partner BU: Draw attention to theBU'srisks and opportunitiesand proposeproactive and strategic solutions to the Management Committee and the divisionDAF
·Supervise the drafting of monthly reports
·Participate indeveloping the teamwhile boostingSimplicitylevers to fostercooperationandpositive Pulseresults.
·Implement processes, Group systems andprocedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance, and reliability of managementinformation flows and financial flows in line with the Group's Standards.
·Ensure that the procedures and goodpractices pertaining toInternal Controlare applied and respected.
PROFESSIONAL& TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
·Master management standards: controlling, accounting & internalcontrol
·Efficient use of reporting and consolidation tools: Compass, SAP andBoard
·Experience incontrolling positions of 5-6 years
·Budget for growth to achieve theoverall business & financial targets
·Advanced levelin English and desirable French intermediate level
·Desirableexperience in auditing or consulting
·Proactive andchallenging spirit together with strong leadership skills
