We are looking for aC# Tech Leadwho combines strong technical expertise with team leadership.
You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment.
?Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation.
Design, build, and maintain backend systems usingC# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within aKubernetesenvironment.
Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.
Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow.
Key Requirements
iGaming experienceis amust.
5+ years of experience inC# / .NET software development.
Proven experience leadingengineering teamsor acting as a senior mentor.
Deep understanding of.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design.
Solid experience working in aKubernetesenvironment.
Experience withKafka,GCP or Azure, anddistributed cache systems(e.G., Redis).
Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
