Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Service Overview:The Campaign Management Specialist will support the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) in delivering high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services globally.
Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, ensuring their execution aligns with strategic goals, and coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams to provide updates and insights.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:Collaborate with markets and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client expectations.Maintain communication with Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams through regular updates and meetings.Monitor campaign dashboards and generate insights, including quarterly reports.Understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages, and connect with relevant DU services.Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal service providers.Ensure adherence to service processes, and suggest improvements when necessary.Requirements & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred) or technical studies with business acumen.Experience in project/client management, digital marketing, or agency consultancy.Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, interpret requirements, and develop solutions.Client management skills, including incident de-escalation.Experience with Patient Engagement or B2C marketing preferred.Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Paid Media experience is a plus.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in English.Strong time and project management abilities to handle multiple fast-paced projects.What We Offer:Permanent contract with flexible schedule and home office options.Training and certification opportunities.Work-life balance support.About Omega CRM:Omega CRM, part of Merkle and the dentsu group, is a global leader in customer-centric digital solutions with over 23 years of experience.
