About the team and/or client
A regional centre of excellence is being established to build and maintain best practices in media operations and to support the markets in delivering transformation consistently across business and technology.
The centre of excellence will be made up of programme management, change management, process ownership, business analysis and solution ownership.
The roles are spread across the region and markets forming a programme that works as one team to meet common objectives.
Responsibilities
Reports into market CEO or COO.
Lead the target operating model design for media operations.
Partner with the region to maintain the operational change framework and methodology.
Create and maintain the business change plan market level.
Lead market and project communications.
Lead the business case and budget for change activities.
Lead the setup of operational shared services in the market.
Identify and orchestrate subject matter experts and functional leads for workshops and testing phases.
Lead the engagement with Human Resources to manage employee impacts and communication.
Work with business stakeholders to coordinate change across broader business initiatives.
Implement and track business performance targets and KPIs for the project.
Coordinate user training plan.
Monitor and facilitate user adoption of process and technology.
Experience Required
8+ years change management experience with a successful track record in transformative change in a multi-national environment.
Broad range of transformation experience with an ability to bridge business and technical issues.
Exposure to the Advertising and Media industry is essential.
Good understanding of end to end Media buying process operations.
Extensive experience coordinating change in a matrixed and distributed corporate environment.
Demonstrable experience in shaping target operating models and selling into a range of business stakeholders (with a degree of resistance).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certified in change management methods e.g. CCMP.
Sufficient seniority, credibility and gravitas to influence c level stakeholders.
Proactive and assertive in managing business risks and business continuity planning.
Highly capable in designing and maintaining change methods and best practice.
Customer and quality orientated.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Fluent in English and local market language.
