Parque Industrial de Elche (Poligono Industrial), _España_**Mission :As a Chief Product Quality and System Reliability Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Product Quality and System Reliability as well as the development and management of teams and providing support and guidance on the manufacturing and assembly or our launch vehicles.Responsibilities :Responsible for the engineering and manufacturing teams through product development and production to create quality plans for building and manufacturing which includes all prototypes for testingReviewing and reporting on the manufacturability of our productsReporting and modification of failures/lessons learnedDevelop, implement and validate product and processes through tests and inspections ensuring the quality and criteria are consistently metDesign and conduct build quality reviews to ensure that design intent is achieved and well-communicatedIdentify opportunities for risk reduction and removal of complexity in designsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and manufacturability, collaborating with different teams to find simple solutionsRecord and investigate failures in production, test and flight, identifying and mitigating the immediate and underlying root causes in order to reduce risk and improve reliability of designs and processesContain suspect or known non-conforming product, providing guidance to quality inspectors, technicians, team leaders and engineers to assist in quarantining and rework activitiesSupport the plant floor in continuous improvement and the advancement the creation of a Lean, autonomous production systemEstablish and create standard rework/repair guides, removal of redundant or unnecessary processes, and improve control and optimization of critical processesBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or other related fields10+ years in a manufacturing, quality and/or design engineering roleExperience with troubleshootingAbility to handle confidential informationDriven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries and take ownership and accountability for your own actions and mistakesCan-do attitude and outstanding communication skillsAbility to influence people, build trust and establish effective working relationships within an international team environmentExperience with very fast-growing industrial organizationsFluent in English and Spanish would be a plusHard workload capacity and high availability.International expertiseLegal/contracts management (mainly providers and subcontractors).Interpersonal skillsProblem-solving oriented and decision making orientedEnthusiastic contributorRisk anticipation and mitigation orientedOthers :Full time positionFlexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
