Job Description

Client Engagement Manager: Hospital Discharge - Melbourne
$70-$75,000 plus super and company car
Full time 38 hours a week

Your new workplace prides itself on being an expert provider of home care services. It is an NDIS-registered organisation providing award-winning Community Services specialising in attendant care supports to the Disability and Youth Welfare sectors.

Wesy Melbourne are areas they are growing rapidly, and there is increased demand for hospital discharges to be quick and efficient. Ensuring clients, current or potential have a positive experience is vital to this position.

Therefore my client is looking for a Client Engagement Mangers to assist and develop this growth. Responsibilities will include:
Developing and networking with teams and other stakeholders within hospitals
Strong relationship building with clients and internally in the organisation to provide an ongoing fantastic client experience throughout their entire journey
Ensuring clients discharge journey is managed effectively, from hospital to living in the community
Creating business development opportunities through relationships and various different activities


You will bring:
Nursing, Allied Health and Social Work Experience
Mangement experience in or out of the HealthCare sector
Experience with sales and motivated to bring in new business to the organisation
Knowledge and experience of the sector
Ability to build strong relationships through fantastic interpersonal and leadership skills whilst maintaining a positive and warm approach
Comfortable working both autonomously and part of a team
