Academic research group that performs clinical trials of excellence in oncology, with a network of around 110 hospitals in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. It focuses its efforts in developing cutting-edge clinical trials with novel targeted therapeutics including innovative translational research, fostering the participation of research into cancer in international networks and promoting excellence in the management of cancer among its members.Main responsibilities:Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all activities and stakeholders across a clinical trial in order to ensure project deliverables with agreed timelines, high quality data and study budget.Coordinates the operational activities and the communication with the sponsor, collaborative groups and / or other third partners, CRO, ...Performs project set-up in CTMS and guarantees is kept updated by all project team members.Develops and maintains all other working documents needed for the study tracking.Develops, maintains and guarantees compliance with SOPs and regulations of all study plans.Guarantees availability and maintenance of all essential documents according to ICH GCP throughout the study conduct.Support and assists CRAs in project specific matters. Guarantees all study stakeholders are properly trained throughout the study.Performs vendors selection and management as needed.Leads and controls the project budget across the study.Collaborates in the evaluation and selection of study sites.Reviews protocol, ICF and other patient facing documents.Reviews site contracts drafts and genera site study budget.Reviews and approves monitoring reports.Requirements:Healthcare / Sciences Degree, and Advanced English level.Minimum 2 years of experience as PM in clinical trials.Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical industry or collaborative groups.Previous experience as CRA and CTM.Experience in oncology trials.Budget management know how.Advanced knowledge of CGPs and legislation about clinical trials.Proficient in computer skills including PM tools.
