CloudBlue is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales and Revenue processes. This role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely management of sales processes, billing operations, and revenue recognition. Your role: Maintaining high levels of process efficiency and data quality: Accuracy matters! You'll monitor data integrity and process efficiency to support the sales and finance team. Troubleshooting and refining sales processes and systems: You'll work behind the scenes to improve sales and revenue flows, rules, and processes, ensuring smooth operations. Assist in the setup of new projects and ensure best practices for revenue recognition and accurate forecasting. Prepare weekly reports for the Professional Services and assist with the Forecast Revenue Processes. Assist the Finance and Professional Services team with billing tasks. Analyze weekly forecasts, identify gaps, and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Participate in the month-end closure process. What You Bring to the Role: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, understanding and experience in SaaS is a strong preference. Bachelor's Degree with a solid analytical and technical background. Potential fields: Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. High level of English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Act as Subject Matter Expert and demonstrate accuracy and execution discipline. Strategic thinker combined with attention to detail with a track record of developing and executing successful Sales Operations.
