Commercial Bid and Sales Manager for Sustainable Energy Systems Service (f/m/d) You will be responsible for preparing, calculating and negotiating bids & contracts for the service unit of SE's hydrogen and electrolyser business Sustainable Energy Systems.
How You'll Make an Impact Responsible for crafting budgetary and firm bids in close collaboration with service bid management and sales colleagues.
Successfully execute the full scope of financial and commercial activities during the sales phase in accordance with SE's Project Excellence Guide and all further applicable guidelines.
Analyze tender requirements, identify and handle risks and opportunities in the commercial area (such as currency risks, financial security instruments, payment plans, insurances, tax, ECC, and compliance), and negotiate terms and conditions.
Considering the contractual set-up of projects, collaborate closely with regional colleagues to develop business models, scope splits, and value flows to efficiently implement onshore and offshore parts of our service business.
Act as a key partner in driving SES's service business development based on key levers like recycling & refurbishment and digitalization.
Prepare financial concepts and conduct business modeling for advanced service products and solutions in close collaboration and alignment with colleagues from the advance services concepts team, product management, as well as accounting, financing, and legal experts.
Monitoring service efficiency and success, and work with the commercial project management team to ensure feedback loops from execution.
What You Bring Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Law or comparable.
Long-term commercial experience in both bid management/ sales and project management, preferably in a service business environment.
Profound knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
You will work in a dynamic business environment and therefore bring a high degree of curiosity, resilience and motivation to work in such context.
You are a team player and experienced in integrating different perspectives with a clear results-orientation.
As you act in an international environment, you bring excellent communication skills in business-fluent English and are accustomed with presenting your results streamlined and sharp.
Further language skills, e.g.
Spanish, German or French are of advantage.
