These positions are also very important forthe KA channels, as they are specialists who routinely invoice those clients. Not only capable oftracking business activities in real time, but also able to identify trends and patterns that mayneed to be changed in order to benefit the business. Finally, this position is in close contactwith the whole field force in order to facilitate and monitor activities throughout the wholesales cycle in order to be able to adapt to changes, work plans and communicate campaigns.What will you do - Responsibilities:Reporting: Monitor, coordinate, plan, propose and report on sales teamactivities and tasks, including proper oversight. Report the following to management and thesales force: KPIs, management standards, Points of Sale, Trade stocks, etc.Analysis of Field Information: process field information and draft reports(prices, distribution, Trade stocks, ad-hoc). Analyze information with a view to planning andmonitoring sales targets and activities.Client Portfolio Management: define and properly maintain client portfoliosthrough the sales force and update data in Portico (local CRM). Ensure proper segmentation ofall points of sale based on established variables and criteria, carrying out regularlarge-scale updates, including point-of-sale surveys in the Canary Islands market.Sales: invoice all orders from Key Accounts and other key clients for thecompany. Align credit and payment terms with the Credit department and account leads. Work withDemand Planning to ensure sufficient stock to prevent billing errors.Verification of Contractual Compliance: oversee contract terms relating todata collected by the sales force through point of sale management in Portico. Process andanalyze information to monitor client incentive plans (pay for performance) and clientcompensation programs.Territory and Team Planning and Management: manage, oversee and proposechanges to the sales team routes. Establish visit frequency based on criteria established bythe company. Analyze the results of cycle targets to calculate variable incentives for thesales teamTrade & POS Activity: identify appropriate client clusters based on theproposed criteria (primarily from Marketing).
