As Consultant, he or she will contribute to the development of the projects. Some of the key aspects of this position are the following:
• A Consultant works under the leadership of a senior professional.
• As a Consultant you are jointly responsible for the projects' success.
You are responsible for:
o Preparing reports and presentations based on desk research, working sessions with the customer as well as interviews with personnel and / or market players.
o Presenting the findings to the team and customers.
o Coordinating the project with the operations manager.
o Making key contributions and assuming direct responsibility over processes (end-to-end).
o Ownership of significant project areas.

Background: Preferably in (applied) economics or business (additional Master is a plus).Proven experience in consulting and problem-solvingStrong analytical and research skillsCombination of logical and analytical reasoning power, resulting in powerful synthesis and conclusion.Customer and quality oriented attitude.Creative, entrepreneurial spirit.Flexible team player, ambitious, responsible, good balance between perfection and results.ESSENTIAL: Good communication skills in English and Spanish (native or professional level, orally as well as in writing).
