What You'll Be Doing Content Creation Plan, shoot, and edit eye-catching video & photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to bring bold concepts to life. Ensure every piece of content is on-brand and visually consistent. ?? Production Execution Lead pre-production: mood boards, scouting, lighting setups, and more. Coordinate with models, stylists, photographers, and other creatives. Own the set — from lights-on to final shot — ensuring top-notch quality throughout. Creative Collaboration Brainstorm new content formats, trends, and bold ideas with the team. Stay ahead of the curve on visual trends and social storytelling techniques. Post-Production Magic Edit videos and photos with a sharp eye for color, sound, and visual flow. Optimize content for each platform — no pixel left behind! Organization & Delivery Keep projects on track with organized workflows and timely delivery. Maintain a tidy and accessible content library for team-wide use. What You Bring to the Table ? Solid experience in video production, photography, and editing
Expertise in lighting, composition, and tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
