We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Identify optimal process efficiencies & leverage opportunities in digital sales funnels by analyzing digital analytics data, UX and sales trends. Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to trackprogress and evaluate program results, analyze efficiencies, and modify strategies based upon results as needed. Create and execute testing strategies across a wide array of digital properties (homepage, landing pages, application procceses, thank you pages, etc.). Recommend enhancements to Santander countries' digital properties based on findings, with the goal of enabling the maximum number of website visitors to become new customers or more engaged existing customers. Create and manage site optimization projects and priorities. EXPERIENCE 4+ years of work experience, preferably in digitalmarketing or ecommerce. 2+ years’ CRO specific experience, with track recordof end-to-end planning, execution, and client management. E xperience with A/B and MVT testing as well ascalculating statistical significance. EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering,Business Administration or Marketing.
