Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and retention across our portfolio of 20 brands. Analyze and optimize user flows from new site visits to new active players, maximizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth. General Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized records related to marketing campaigns, customer data, and conversion optimization efforts. Provide support in marketing tasks such as research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives. Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze user behavior and conversion metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel analysis is a plus. Benefits:
