The Coporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of communications initiatives to build and enhance the company's reputation and corporate image among external audiences.
This role requires deep knowledge of Corporate Communication practices within the Pharma sector and expertise in managing social media and digital communication.
Roles •External communications annual strategy and action plan.
Define objectives and initiatives to get companies reputation objectives.
• Lead digital strategy.
Strong understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn & Instagram).
• Manage the corporate digital ecosystem: Strategy, coordination and content creation (social media & websites).
• Media relations.
Manage media relationships in Spain and support affiliates when needed.
Follow-up and management of press inquiries.
• Creation of corporate content: drafting of corporate press releases, press kits, and other communication materials.
• Support business in the preparation of key messages / talking points, press dossiers, etc.
2.ORGANIZATION CHART & JOB RELATIONSHIPS - Line Manager: Head of External Communications & ESG
- External Relationships: Comm/PA Team – HQ, Pharma Country Managers, Marketing teams (global & local), CDMO team, Other departments: HR, IT, EHS…, Healthcare professionals & Healthcare Associations, Patients Associations, Media / journalists
3.JOB PROFILE Required Studies: • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
Other specialized knowledge: • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital environment trends and tools (Social Media) Languages: • Fluent level in English and Spanish.
Professional Experience: • 5 years of experience in the communications & PA field for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or agency/consultancy providing services to healthcare at a global level.
• Proven experience in managing the implementation of Communication strategies and policies.
• Ability to build team relationships and collaborate in a global team environment at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders, to achieve communication and PA goals.
• Global view and strategic mindset.
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentations skills.
• Collaborative mindset & attitude.
• Ability to detect, anticipate and grasp communications trends and opportunities (open to outside benchmark, sharing...)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
