Our Global Award-winning client based in Barcelona are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Customer Experience Manager with a background in Digital Contact Centre transformation on a permanent basis to join an existing dynamic customer centric team.
You will be responsible for;
Leading initiatives to drive customer experience and leading the Digital and Omni-channel transformation.Take a data led approach to the Digital Transformation strategyDelivery of high-quality Customer experiences through a variety of digital channels including (Web, mobile, media and social media).Utilising your knowledge of Contact centre technologies, processes and tools. Requirements: Experience Required;
Between 3-5 years’ experience of working within the Contact Centre industry, strong understanding of Contact Centre operations including technology is essentialExtensive experience of working within Digital solutions (Social Media, UX, Marketing, Online Service Platforms)Project/Programme delivery expertise – Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner – APM- PMP Qualification would be desirable.Language skills – English Native (Essential) an additional European Language would be desirable.
