We are recruiting a Helpdesk Technician French & English Speaker for our European Help Desk Department in our EMEA HQ. Reporting to the help Desk Coordinator within the Operations department, you will be providing 1st level technical support for our network of agents around Europe. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Perform Installation of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s
· Answering technical requests through call center and email ticketing.
· Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System.
IT background or IT interest
· Work experience as a Helpdesk Technician or Technical Support
· High knowledge of MS Windows and Internet Explorer
· Excellent skills installing computers and peripherals (scanner, antivirus...)
· Advance level of German and English (High level oral and written)
· Strong customer service orientation
· Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)
· Ability for working as a part of a team
· Multitasking profile
· Flexibility regarding work schedule
