Tasks of the job
Recovery of payment default.Establish a close relationship with the customer based on confidence.Analysis of churn variables of each group of customers and coordination of proposals of solutions with the Head of Sales.Advice the new customers about the usage of the web platform and the development of ticketing systems.Implementation of customer experience models.Evaluation of the customer’s satisfaction.Analysis and implementation of retention strategies. Requirements: Previous experience in retention and advising of customers.University studies, ideally MBA or Master’s degree.Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages is a plus.A communicative person with passion for customer excellence and the commercial area.Positive, constructive and respectful attitude.Organization in performing tasks, a quick learning ability to know the product deeply.
