Your Impact:
Work closely with customers from on-boarding PTC’s products to adoption and scale
Guide customers to new levels of business performance
Identify expansion opportunities and risks to subscription renewals
Be a strategic advisor, adoption consultant, and project manager to drive success
Your Day-To-Day:
Act as a trusted advisor for the customer’s executive, program, and technical teams, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer business results
Ensure great outcomes through identification and prioritization of customer business initiatives, key processes, and required capabilities to develop a customer-specific value roadmap
Monitor and document customer health and utilization trends. Provide recommendations based on risk and customer business needs
Stay abreast of PTC’s AR products, features, policies, and services in a rapidly changing environment, advocating for and guiding your customers forward
Be the voice of the customer within PTC by providing critical feedback to stakeholders in AR leadership and Customer Success, improving the products and overall experience, and identifying market growth opportunities
Serve as a partner to the Sales team, identifying new opportunities and providing account management support
Establish a trusted relationship with customers to develop referenceable accounts
Your Skills and Knowledge:
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in a high-growth technology company
Experience in subscription companies is a plus
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in helping to drive organizational change and measurable business outcomes
Interest in Augmented Reality in real-world industrial applications
Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable working with innovative technology solutions in nascent markets
Fluent English is mandatory
