About Us We are a well-established Thai Day Spa in Madrid, dedicated to providing our clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience through authentic Thai therapies. We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa.
Job Description The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm demeanor that reflects the tranquil atmosphere of our spa. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalismManage appointment bookings and scheduling efficientlyHandle phone calls, emails, and client inquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsProvide information on spa treatments, services, and promotionsEnsure a tidy and welcoming reception areaCoordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operationsHandle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionallyRequirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service roleFluent in Spanish and conversational in English (additional languages are a plus!)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailComfortable with basic computer tasks, including booking software and payment processingProfessional appearance and a friendly demeanorAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is a plus!What We Offer A friendly and professional work environment
