You wanna be part of that? We are currently looking forFull-time Customer Support / Helpdesk Specialistsin Barcelona who will make our clients and drivers all over Europe happy! You stay calm in the most heated-up situations and have a talent to find solutions in an easy and quick manner? Then you are the perfect troubleshooter to ensure trustworthy relationships with our community.
What you will do?
Deliver first-rate customer experience that strengthens relationships with our community
Show empathy to clients and partners when things go wrong and solve issues efficiently
Identify and eliminate issues before they escalate
Monitor supply and perform live dispatch to ensure we meet client expectations
Be the flagship of our brand and make partners and clients fall in love with Stuart again and again
IMPORTANT3 to 6 month temporary contract 40hr work week Shift work from 08:00 to 00:00 Monday to Friday (Including Public holidays), but the contract may be specific for 16:00 to 00:00 Thursday to Monday depending on the Business needs at the time of hiring.
Who are you?
Fluent FRENCH with English
1-2 years experience in Customer Support in a tech company or startup
Really awesome with computers and experience withlive chat
Easily connecting with people and understanding their issues
Passion for creating the best customer experience ever
Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries
