We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with fluency in Danish. In this role you will work for one of our major clients,internationally acclaimed sports TV channel Eurosport.
As a Danish Customer Support Agent, your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Receiving and handling Danish customer requests by email and chat (no phone calls)
- Collecting and maintaining of customer data
- Clarifying of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical
- Working on requests and comments via Social Media channels
- Complete Danish fluency on a native speaker level
- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles
- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
- Passion for community management and digital affinity
- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
