Location: Madrid (Hybrid position, 3 days on-site)
Contract Type: Contract for 6 months
Key Responsibilities: Analyze Employee Listening data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Define and track key HR metrics (KPIs) related to employee engagement and experience.
Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Apply predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to HR data.
Collaborate with HR and tech teams to integrate insights into the overall strategy.
Requirements: Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Data, and Continuous Listening.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Expertise in HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have: Experience with Qualtrics, Workday, Medallia, Glint, or similar platforms.
