Your responsibilities will include, among others :
Deriving fact-based insights through the analysis of various data sources to identify business challenges and opportunities, evaluate portfolio performance, and recommend course-correcting activities.
This includes assessing commercial excellence initiatives and performing CRM analysis.
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving reports and dashboards using Power BI, including recurring KPIs to communicate operational performance related to strategic initiatives.
Leading projects to enhance data accuracy by optimizing processes and implementing new analytics solutions.
Responsible for data integration, harmonization, and centralization.
Supporting the implementation of Sales Force strategy through projects like sales incentive calculations, payouts analysis, segmentation and targeting initiatives, and HCP profiling.
Building strong collaborations with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and fostering a data-centric culture through ad-hoc interactions and training.
Providing insights into market trends and the competitive landscape via secondary market research.
DO YOU DARE TO JOIN THE FAMILY?
University degree in ADE, pharmacy, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience creating reports and dashboards with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Knowledge of advanced Excel and Microsoft tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
