Studies, problem analysis in RAN sharing – 2 zones (escalation analysis on 2G / 3G / 4G alerts for CSFB, Mobility, QoE data, etc.)Meeting with customersResponsible for NPM GUL related activities like KPI performance indicator monitoringRoutine road test log analysisPerformance degradation problem handlingTOP N cell optimizationNeighborhood optimizationParameter managementCapacity analysisNetwork assessment in Huawei areaFully and carefully follow Data Protection and Cyber Security regulations. Be a team player and open to accept challenges.
Special tools required: Genex assistant / U2020 / QGIS.
General requirements: 5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in total (GUL Huawei Experience is a must)Team player.Well experienced in NPM projects.Good communication skills.Excellent verbal and written English language skills is a must.Workplace: Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary
