Offer Description Electroporation and injections of tracers and viral vectors in the developing cerebellum. Perfusion, extraction, and dissection procedures with mouse brains. Histological techniques, including in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, in both slices and whole brains (IDISCO+). Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet microscopy. Qualifications and Skills Academic Qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent in biology, biomedicine, biotechnology, or related; Master in neuroscience or related areas. Research Experience: Participation in other projects; publications in neuroscience and anatomy; experience with techniques such as electroporation, injections, perfusion, dissection, histology, microscopy, and image analysis software. Languages: English proficiency. Additional Merits: Participation in scientific congresses and dissemination activities.
