**Your mission**:¿Quieres unirte como **Digital Marketing & Content Creator **a nuestro equipo de Marketing?Somos expertos en la recogida y en el análisis de feedback de los empleados.Ayudamos a las organizaciones a implantar estrategias eficaces de escucha activa de los empleados proporcionándoles una plataforma intuitiva y muy fácil de usar.- Fundada en 2018.- Empresa suiza con sedes en Zúrich y Santander.- Colaboramos con universidades y entidades de investigación de prestigio.**Ayudamos a Recursos Humanos a alcanzar el éxito.**Contribuimos a que las compañías afronten con éxito los principales retos de Recursos Humanos que repercuten directamente en sus objetivos empresariales,ayudándolas a ser excelentes lugares de trabajo donde se escucha y cuida al empleado.¿Cuál será tu misión y que aprenderás?**Digital**:- Investigación de palabras clave para SEO- Optimización de contenido para SEO- Creación de un calendario editorial- Gestión de PPC (Google Ads/LinkedIn ads)- Análisis de canales de tráfico (Google Tag Manager / Google Search Console / Google Analytics / Google Looker)- Estrategia en redes sociales (LinkedIn / Twitter)- Marketing de video**Content Creator**- Creación de correos electrónicos automatizados- Creación e implementación de un plan de contenido: identificación de temas prioritarios, creación de contenido, un calendario y asegurando la coherencia de los mensajes de acuerdo con las estrategias de negocios, marketing y guías de SEO.- Comprender las necesidades del cliente y crear recomendaciones de temas / contenido nuevos.- Gestionar la investigación de palabras clave y analizar el marketing de la competencia.- Revisión de contenido para detectar inconsistencias y editar para mejorar su efectividad.- Redacción creativa en diferentes formatos tanto en inglés/español como español/inglés: publicaciones en redes sociales, entradas de blog, correos electrónicos, boletines, estudios de casos, sitios web y presentaciones.**Location**:**Localización**- Remoto en España.- Híbrido en Santander. Estamos presencialmente en nuestra oficina una vez por semana.
