We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist to help an international software company specializing in innovative solutions for the media, to bring their marketing to the next level.
Responsibilities Execute marketing and communication strategies across multiple disciplines, guided by the company's overall business and marketing objectives. Strong focus on B2B demand generation through appropriate channels (ie. Email, webinars, social etc.) Execute company's content strategy and oversee the content creation process across multiple marketing and communication channels, including social media, blog articles, newsletters, and website content. Work closely with other teams across the company (in particular, Sales and Product) to gain a thorough understanding of budgets, goals, target audiences, and product strengths and weaknesses. Help define and execute multiple email marketing strategies, to include net new lead nurturing, existing customer upsells, retention, and win-back. Plan and execute industry events such as exhibitions and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating pre- and post-show marketing activity. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competition and build targeted campaigns at direct competitors. Track and evaluate marketing performance via analytical tools (HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and SEMrush). Requirement/Experience/Skills Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the software industry. Experience and understanding of performance marketing, including KPIs and channels and conversion rates Knowledge of media industry (Publishing, broadcasting and newspaper software) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should thrive in a proactive, new sales-focused environment. Proficient level of English is a must. Willingness to travel across Europe. Demonstrable experience leading and managing multiple marketing strategies. Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM, website, marketing automation), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365.
