Digital Multichannel and Innovationdepartment is part of Business Support & Operations, and is one of the key strategic functions to enable Sanofi business growth, improved efficiency and transformation.
In particular, the team will:
Drive digital strategy implementation.
The team will lead key digital initiatives, design and monitor Multichannel activities, develop key policies and governance, develop and deliver digital training and talent development programs.
Create and maintain internal networks, develop key external relationships, define digital KPIs, and track progress against them.
Support digital pilots and learning from them.
Further develop Sanofi's digital strategy in response to a fast-moving external environment.
Enhance decision-making through the effective use of advanced analytics.
In a rapidly changing market, the new digital strategy team will enable Sanofi to stay ahead of latest developments and stay competitive by evolving its digital strategy on an ongoing basis.
Digital Manager for Spain and Portugal who design, manage and monitor all digital and multichannel activities for a specific GBU, runs autonomously a transversal Digital Project in line with Cross GBU strategies and governance.
Leading GBU Digital Strategy and Multichannel Engagement Program
Analyze, define and implement GBU digital strategy.
Digital asset management. Websites, Apps, Social Media definition and prioritization, Social Listening, CLM, eDetaling, Webinars, eCME, etc...
Knowledge and usage of digital analytics systems for websites (Google Analytics); mobile (AppAnnie); Social media (Twitter Ads); competitive watch (SimilarWeb), and other tools as they emerge.
Multichannel Engagement activities design, implement and monitor/track for constant learning and improvement.
Define Customer Journeys and manage the demand of GBU multichannel campaigns.
Evolve and transform digital program KPIs execution on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
External agencies coordination in frames of planning, launch and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Driving Digital Transversal responsibilities.
On top of the GBU focus, candidate will lead, manage and coordinate in an autonomous way, Transversal (cross GBU) Digital strategic projects.
Candidate will take part of the Digital CORE team in order to have global vision, best/worst practice sharing, and constantly looking for synergies among GBUs.
Cross Functional cooperation and team management
Fully integrated in the GBU daily strategies, objectives and meetings.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales and other transversal teams such as ITS, CRM, Market Research, Training, Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access, Legal/DPO (GDPR) and other stakeholders.
Cooperation with Global teams, to share experience and coordinate digital operations on a proper level.
Working closely with one/two direct reports together for the GBU.
Lead, guide and coach on strategic objective for the GBU and the transversal projects.
Design and track career development of the team.
Transversal Cooperation: Service attitude to all our internal clients. Foster Cross BU collaboration. Active cohesion attitude.

Higher education in Business administration/Marketing.
Digital Business Program in well-known and recognized Digital Business schools is required.
Experience & knowledge:
+- 10 years of working experience.
+ 5 years working on Digital Business like Digital Marketing, Content Management, UX, Digital Analytics and/or SEO/SEM among others.
Proficient in English. Fluent. International scope and cooperation is instrumental for the position.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, data management, Google advertising tools and Digital Analytics.
