This is a strategic position whose mission will be to identify, acquire and help build customer loyalty for the accounts defined as key by the Company due to their critical current and future contribution to STEF's business strategy. Your mission Contribute to the design and implementation of the Company's commercial strategy, detailed in the budgetary objectives for each financial year. Drive the commercial development in our sector oriented to the acquisition of large clients and the development of current ones. Define the account plan for assigned customers to determine the strategy to be followed with each one of them. Establish strong links with key clients, attend to their needs and propose improvement systems to offer a better service that guarantees their loyalty and growth. You will represent the Customer Care vision within the STEF organization. Participate in the Business Reviews of European accounts promoted by the group as well as Large National Accounts. In collaboration with Operations Management, you will design the Account Plan (management model) for the newly incorporated Key Accounts, leading the start of their activity. Ensure the effectiveness of the action plans designed between the Key Account Directors, the operations teams and the Operational Account Managers (GOC) in order to ensure the quality of service to large accounts, as well as the profitability of their operations. Accompany the GOC of the account to ensure the transmission of the commitments made to the client to the organization and to ensure that they are met. Support the Account Committees assigned to the Key Account Director by promoting the necessary measures to ensure their effectiveness. Support the Key Accounts Commercial Director in representative functions. What are we looking for? Minimum 7 years of experience managing Key Accounts. Experience in the Logistics sector. Experience in managing clients in Food service / Fast Moving Consumer Goods will be valuable. Higher degree, MBA in Logistics desirable. High level of English essential and French desirable.
