Updated: TodayLocation: London, ENG, United KingdomJob ID: 127969 Overview The Director of EU Omnichannel Delivery is responsible for the leadership and development of the Omnichannel Delivery Team and oversees the management of multiple projects; ensuring delivery excellence within agreed briefs, deadlines and budgets whilst making best use of all internal resources. Responsibilities To be ultimately accountable for delivery excellence of any Omnichannel tactical package; including the commissioning of third-party external vendors ensuring all appropriate contractual documentation is in place including final client approved costings Overseeing and developing a strong multidisciplinary omnichannel delivery team to ensure delivery of projects to the highest standard and within agreed timelines To work collaboratively with Client Account Handling Functions and directly with Clients (in association with Omnichannel Customer Experience Design Team, Creative Expression Team, Strategy Team and Project Management Team) to assess feasibility, scope and final delivery mechanism for any given customer experience package To collaborate with the Creative Expression Team to help them realise their vision for any given project within client defined budgets and timelines, whilst being ultimately accountable and responsible for the final choice of vendor Define key metrics, and outcomes for technology and other deliverables which align with client business goals Building strong and influential client relationships Manage and mitigate technology related issues for client projects Collaborate on the preparation and delivery of project and product proposals including final selection of vendors Be accountable for ensuring all legal and contractual documentation is in place prior to commencing any given project Work with the Project Management Team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are available for timely delivery of all projects Participate in new business opportunities as required, develop proposals and scopes of work as required Recommend the use of appropriate hardware/software to meet the needs of the business and creating new revenue opportunities for the agency Work to implement and optimize any standardised global platforms including but not limited to development stacks, digital asset management tools and other workflow related systems Be an advocate and thought leader for technology and innovation for the company; researching new technologies and evaluating them for inclusion in our proposals to clients Maintaining strong relationships with digital platforms, media owners and technology providers Manage all external partnerships – contractors, production houses and third-party technology vendors Perform any other ad hoc or permanent duties as reasonably required by the company Job Requirements A digital native with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a passion to make a difference A people person who understands how to build and retain a strong, engaged, productive and happy team The ability to inspire, influence and share knowledge with others who are less experienced in Omnichannel Delivery Knowledge and experience in a healthcare agency environment Confident and convincing presentation skills Willingness to constructively challenge colleagues, other agencies and clients alike Comfortable advising and collaborating with other extended team members Proven track record of delivery within a digital environment, including experience of successfully running large complex digital projects in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of the complete project management lifecycle, from financial management to understanding the technical aspects of digital delivery Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the different processes for development and delivery Experience of production project documentation eg. sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, budgets and schedules A good understanding of current web technologies and what is possible within a digital environment In-depth knowledge of all aspects of high-end multimedia production, from scoping and budgeting to producing, editing and final output Knowledge of financial management and budget for projects Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and administrative skills Discover what our 24,000 employees already know: work here matters everywhere.
