One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Partner Marketing in Europe .
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and executing high-impact marketing initiatives in collaboration with a global network of partners.
You'll design integrated partner programs, develop compelling co-marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless alignment between partner goals and company strategy.
This is a cross-functional position that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
Ideal candidates will bring experience from both high-growth startups and established organizations, particularly within the cloud computing space.
This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in Europe.
Accountabilities : Develop and execute a strategic partner marketing roadmap aligned with business and partner objectivesLead the creation and execution of co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, and content initiatives)Build partner enablement tools and resources to accelerate partner ramp-up and sales supportServe as the primary marketing contact for external partners and drive alignment on key messagingCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsMeasure and report the performance of partner marketing programs, using insights to improve ROIManage partner relationships to ensure alignment with product developments and company initiativesMentor and manage junior marketers or cross-functional contributors when neededRequirements 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on partner / alliance marketingProven success working in both startups and scaled technology organizationsSolid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzureExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong project management and campaign execution capabilitiesExperience working with remote, globally distributed teamsMust be based in Europe (GMT 0 to GMT +3 time zones)Competitive compensation and equity packageFully remote, flexible working environmentWork with a global team of cloud experts and innovatorsOpportunities to travel and engage with international partnersBe part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of cloud-native techJobgether hiring process disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
